Ordered replacement plates 30-11-2022 and wanted a quick turnaround, so paid for 2 day delivery. Provided all the necessary paperwork and was told the order was accepted and being processed. Only to find out that there was a postal strike (not UK Reg's problem). However, when I tried to contact them, the phone was out of use and the only contact method was email, which was painfully slow. When I asked for a refund, I was told the order was not refundable.... Finally got the plates, 08-12-2022 (not 2 days at all). If you want number plates urgently, use Halfords, they will produce them for you in 20 minutes (make sure you have the correct paperwork). Would I use UK Reg Plates again?
