“Very disappointed will not be going on car. Green electric strip does not go all the way down on square plate and registration is not centred. Looks awful!”

Hi there, The company name, postcode and BS AU 145e marking is a legal requirement for all DVLA registered number plate suppliers. Regards ukregplates

“Unfortunately the plate arrived 24 hours late, even though I had paid for a next day service. I chased it up and was offered the tracking code but no refund on the postage. I would not recommend this company if you are after your plates in a hurry!”

“Ordered a replacement plate on friday. Paid for next day delivery. Plate didnot arrive until tuesday the following week. Also tried to contact them to see where my plate was, and had to use fthe contact form because phone lines were closed. Till this day i javent recieved a reply.”

“Like many others, I found this company on the internet. I checked what documents were required, paid my money and registration details. The documents were scanned and sent. I received an email to say that they had been rejected. After a month of trying to contact them via email and telephone, I eventually got my number plate. Be careful...it was my experience they take the money without delivering the plates! I wonder how many people give up chasing them?”

“So I thought I’d purchase a third plate for towing and clicked to buy it, they took my money THEN told me I had to put all the other details in, paid for next day delivery but after 2 days of messing around trying to get all the paperwork ready after getting the first lot rejected I ended up waiting 4 days for the plate to get to my door. Not good service”

“Photographed and scanned documents and still they had trouble viewing them …. When I zoomed in I could clearly see them. Thought it had all gone through, queried and still they were having trouble viewing but had not let me know - from start to finish took well over a week, ordered in advance for bike rack but sadly did not arrive in time - very disappointing ! I asked for a refund and then suddenly they could view the documents sent originally.”
