“From the moment I first telephoned to join the scheme I have been treated with kindness, politeness and lovely service. All staff have been most responsive, and my claims have so far been dealt with without fuss. (With regard to the question below about how we communicated, I include both telephone and email; however it was not given as an option to tick both).”

“Problem with my receipt not being in full. Craig dealt with the matter after I had sent a new full receipt . It was my fault that I had forgotten to request a full receipt on leaving the chiropodists and I thought details of payment would have sufficed. However all dealt with quickly and professionally in the end , thank you.”
