“I have put several claims in and It has been largely positive. The online tool is a bit dated and every time I am required to enter my bank details instead of having them on the system from the last claim. Some of the fields to complete look like they were designed 20 years ago. Having said that; every claim I have submitted has been paid and every query has been responded to quickly and efficiently.”

“Whole process was amazingly easy, , transparent and efficient. Forms are friendly same as staff members via phone or via email. My claim was about toothache but not painful at all.”
