“Had sent proof of my dental treatment and cost, as per invoice, but could not send full details via my laptop. However, I have had an email confirming I will still get my refund. Due to the problem with my laptop, very happy with the service.”

“I was 1 day out with my optical benefit and rather than deny the claim the advisor agreed with their manager to allow it. It was my fault but I really appreciate the use of common sense in this situation. Thanks Mark!”

“Spoke to Nicola Taylor (Customer Service Advisor) & explained my issue with regards of pending claims. Within a minute she solved the issue. She mentioned that my pending claim has been processed & should be in my bank in few days. So good to hear. She explained clearly & gave me such a great service. Thank you Nicola.”
