“I've been having issues with my underfloor electrical heating system from my current supplier for sometime now and they just can't get it right. I therefore went on line to see if I could find a company that could just check and let me know what is wrong. That's when I found UFH. They seemed to know what they were talking about and after reading the reviews I was happy to give them a call. I called today and spoke with a lady called Vicky. What a pleasant lady, she listened to what I had to say, went off and found out additional information, called me back and still was not pushing that I book an appointment. In the end Vicky provided me with the information that I needed in order to go back to the company that installed my underfloor unit. I called them today with the additional information and they are arranging to come and sort out the problem. Without Vicky's help and persistent I would not be any the wiser. Although I did not book an appointment with UFH, I(f my current supplier can't fix the problem I will) it was the professional nature of the company that really stood out, and I'm sure if they did work for me I would be absolutely satisfied. I would not take the time to write this review if I was not happy to recommend this company. Sometimes its not just the work that a contractor undertakes but the level of information that they can impart which gives you the confidence that not only that they know what they are taking about, but you will be a satisfied customer in the end. Hopefully this review helps in making you trust your repairs to UFH. Ray Howlett”

“From the moment I made the first call and spoke to Vicky, UFH have provided an excellent service. Vicky booked my appointment for me and kept me up to date with regular phone calls on when her colleague would be arriving on the day. The Engineers arrived very promptly at my property in Crawley.... They were both very polite and very friendly and professional.... I thought the repair to my underfloor heating was going to be a big job, and it was the engineers found the issue in two places one of which was behind the kitchen unit and they went above and beyond to take a unit out and fix the issue...what more can you ask for it had all been fixed. No noise, no mess and only had to take up two tiles. Excellent job and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone I speak to in future with underfloor heating problems.”

They were both very polite and very friendly and even my jack russell liked them. I thought the repair to my underfloor heating was going to be a big job, so I was pleasantly surprised when within an hour Ben had said it had all been fixed. No noise, no mess and only had to take up half a tile. Excellent job and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone I speak to in future with underfloor heating problems. “Excellent work by two very competent guys. They quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it. They were friendly and helpful throughout and vacuumed afterwards leaving the room clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Just had Brad and Doug on site to repair a UFH fault beneath a marble floor. The equipment they use helped locate the fault quickly and they were very helpful. Overall we are very happy with the service throughout. The guys arrived early and were really helpful as we worked together to open up the floor with the minimal possible disruption. I would definitely use this company again if we have a fault on any of our sites in the future.”

“Problem within the underfloor heating in our conservatory , was likely to lead to a cold Xmas for entertaining , or perhaps not using the room . Despite Xmas being in a few days , Vicki and her team pulled out all the stops , and were a pleasure to watch , as they tracked and remedied the fault Excellent workmanship , would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them Bill”
