“I checked out the site reviews before booking my repair and was not dissappointed. Vicky kept in touch through the whole process and despite motorway delays Doug and Brad still made it to the house.They were cheerie on arrival were very pleasant and professional and fixed the problem with the sensor. I tried to obtain a company in Scotland but they didn' t call back!! Extremely pleased with the whole UFH process and would definately use this company again.”

“Brad and Doug were extremely professional, working quickly and neatly to locate the fault and explain what had happened. They collaborated well with our installer to help them remove only one tile and complete the repair without disturbing the rest of the bathroom. We are very pleased with the service and effectiveness of the repair. The overall service from Vicky in the office to the completion of the work has been impressive.”

“Vicky and the team at UFH Services were great from the outset, explaining every step of the process and what work would need to be undertaken to identify and fix the damage to our underfloor heating. They were incredibly accommodating as our dates kept slipping due to other work that needed to be complete on advance. On the day of the repair they arrived on time and talked us through what they were going to do and involved us throughout the repair to try and limit the impact - in the end of the 5 tiles that needed to be taken up only one was damaged. Despite the damage being more extensive than first thought, the repairs were completed successfully with a comprehensive report of the work done and photos. Great service at a great price and we finally have the underfloor heating working again after a year!”

“Two really polite, efficient engineers sorted the problem immediately. They explained thoroughly what had been the problem then contacted the bathroom fitter and explained the fault to him. They were extremely tidy and managed to sort the problem without taking up the brand new floor tiles. If you have any sort of problem with your underfloor heating, these are the guys to call, definitely. Well done guys. Mrs M Merritt, Berkhamsted.”

“Brad was a pleasure to have in the house. He efficiently located the problem, explained what he was doing and then lifted two tiles, made the repair and then cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Very professional and pleasant.”

“Underfloor heating recently fixed my broken underfloor heating in my kitchen. I specifically asked the to arrive at 7am as I had to leave for a business meeting. Brad arrived on the dot. He was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Took him around 90 mins to locate the fault and whole job took around 4 hours and was left clean tidy and just needed re-tiling. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to fix your underfloor heating problems.”

“The engineer arrived on time, then found the problem pretty quickly. He had all the necessary equipment and was efficient and professional in finding the best way to fix the problem, explaining it clearly to me and then resolving the problem. I was concerned about damaging the tiled floor, but throughout he was very careful to minimise and potential damage and managed to raise the tile needed without breaking it ! He took time to minimise any mess as he did the job and to clear up afterwards. Overall a very professional job and great service, very much appreciated.”

“Doug and Brad came to repair our bathroom underfloor heating today. We have left it a while as we had been concerned about the damage to the floor and the possibility of needing to remove the wall mounted loo. Unfortunately the problem was under the loo, however they only lifted up half the tile the access the area they needed and no damage was done to the glass unit behind it or to the loo. Thank you for all of your help and fast work.”

“Great service. I found UFH via the internet and received a call soon after posting my online inquiry. I'd inherited a non-functioning underfloor heating system in our new home. After a discussion we arranged a mutually convenient date for a visit. I received several updates in the week and day before the visit and the engineers arrived exactly when they said they would. The system was brought back to life in next to no time, the required parts available on the van. We are now looking forward to experiencing a bit of underfloor heating luxury during the coming Winter months. Both engineers were friendly and courteous and took the time to explain what we had and how to use the thermostat. The back office was very efficient too. A first class service all round.”

“An excellent service from start to finish when dealing with this company from Vicki arranging a suitable call date to Doug the engineer who came out when agreed. He was a real underfloor expert! A qualified electrician with an excellent knowledge of electric underfloors. He came with all of the appropriate gear from electronic equipment, thermal imaging camera to identify the location of the problem to the centimetre to the hand tools which cut into the tiles neatly and without mess. He even brought his own Hoover and used it whilst cutting the tiles to minimise any mess! Throughout diagnosing the problem and the repair he was diligent, conscientious and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone with a similar issue, they filled me with a lot of confidence with their actions. We now have a fully working ensuite floor!”

“My daughter had finally bought her own flat in London! Imagine our dismay when we found that the underfloor heating in the recently refurbished basement was not working at all... she was extremely worried about how much time, trouble, expense and upheaval this was going to cost! Many thanks to UFH for their prompt and efficient service from start to finish. Vicky was friendly, helpful and efficient on the phone and arranged an engineer's visit within a few days of my enquiry. On the day she kindly gave me at least two updates as to the engineer's progress and estimated arrival time so that I could get to the property in good time without having to stay in all day. Doug duly arrived when expected and was extremely helpful and accommodating, not to mention cheerful and optimistic - diagnosing and fixing the problems, there were two separate faults, within two hours, and with minimal mess! Excellent customer service - I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.”

“The service has been of the highest quality from first to last. I found UFH via the internet and my telephone enquiry was dealt with in a friendly and informative way and followed promptly with an email setting out terms and conditions etc. The date for a visit was set by mutual agreement and Doug arrived right on time. The fault was quickly pin-pointed and the repair was made efficiently and effectively with the minimum of interference to the household. The underfloor heating system was then fully checked and left in full working order. Doug was most friendly and courteous and tidied up after the repair. A first class service that I will have no hesitation in recommending to the other owners in this development who have similar heating systems.”

“Brad arrived on time, introduced himself and took his shoes off ........ a good start. He located the problem within minutes and explained everything. Mended and put right. Demonstrated that everything was now working (impressed with the thermal camera). Cleaned up any mess. Very polite and couldn't fault the service. Vicky very helpful in sorting appointment to suit us.”
