“I found the tyres I wanted at a good price, booked the service for the next day the online part was easy, unfortunately just tyres the garage that fitted them fell short of my expectations I arrived 20 minutes early for my apointment which was at 3:30pm I needed to pick my daughter up locally at 5:00pm so wasn't in a hurry, however at one point I wasn't sure if I would make it in time as they were running well behind at the garage the guys were really nice and polite but you could see they were under a great deal of stress as they were obviously short staffed just two of them and cars mounting up as people arrived for their appointments plus other people popping in to make enquiries about services also the phone needding answering constantly, doing the customers invoice's & payments all distracting them away from the jobs in hand, with all that going on I'm surprised they got everyone's tyers done correctly, safely & out the door at all in the time that they did, so it is to their credit that the service was still very professional under those conditions, I would like to say thanks to the two guys working that day as I didn't really say it at the time they did a good job in challenging circumstances, I got away with enough time to pick up my daughter in the end so all ended well, they need more help when busy with online bookings flooding in.”

“Most competitive price online and no payment up front on ordering so if the tyres are incorrect you can resolve the problem. Appointment time was kept to, only problem was finding the fitter on a obscure trading estate but other than that all fine. No extra payments, exactly as quoted.”

“Got the tyre I ordered at a great price (Avon Z7.... only time will tell on it's performance) so big thumbs up for that, but next time I aren't using Stoneacre at Goole, got there early and no job card created (This has happened once before)... it took 1 3/4 hours to have one tyre fitted and the woman who dealt with me seemed a bit clueless !!!”

“Tyres were fitted and provided at a good price cheapest I could find Only problem I encountered was My pre booked day for fitting was delayed The day after booking due to stock issues ! Which caused some inconvenience Apart from that pay at garage was reassuring”

“The best price I could find for my tyres was on Tyre Savings. The order process was straight forward. I would have given 5 stars if the staff at the garage that fitted them were friendly. I didn't have any issues regarding the tyre fitting but it certainly wasn't service with a smile...”

“A great price and then good service from the fitter. No complaints. Took a little longer than anticipated at the fitters but they kept me informed. I also got a free car health check and the car washed and the carpets vacuumed, can’t say fairer than that. Overall good value and good service. Recommended.”

“Tyre savings give good service,good communication and are very efficient and offer good customer service, shame the same cannot be said of the fitting service, stoneacre in York. Absolute shambles of a place, no interest in customer service I was amazed they actually fitted the right tyres to the right vehicle, twice I have used them and both times they were hopeless. Will use tyre savings again but never! Ever! At stoneacre York.”

“Tyre fitting was brilliant. The only complaint I have is that the garage didn't know I was coming. The fitter told me that they just get tyres delivered and have no idea who they are for or when fitting appointments have been made!”

“Great price on tyres (saved £200) and the fitters were also great and reasonable on other work done. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because my tyres turned up with the fitter but they had no record of who they were for and didn’t have my car booked in for the work. Not sure what went wrong there but it was all easily sorted.”
