“Tyre fitting was brilliant. The only complaint I have is that the garage didn't know I was coming. The fitter told me that they just get tyres delivered and have no idea who they are for or when fitting appointments have been made!”

“Great price on tyres (saved £200) and the fitters were also great and reasonable on other work done. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because my tyres turned up with the fitter but they had no record of who they were for and didn’t have my car booked in for the work. Not sure what went wrong there but it was all easily sorted.”

“Good prices and communication. Generally very happy. Minor grump...invoice at tyre fitter and confirmation sent to myself did not state whether quoted price was excluding or including VAT ? Caused a bit of messing around when it came to payment. Would have been easy to avoid by adding these words to the order confirmation ?”

“Good service from the two men in the ex cow shed... Can't fault it.. However the admin staff on the web site ought to have supplied me with a contact phone number as I was running late due to road works in Tavistock..”

“Unfortunately the garage I chose was very slow. It took just over 2 hours to change 4 tyres. They left a very young less than enthusiastic boy to carry out the change without supervision and it was apparent he didn’t know what he was doing. Eventually another member of staff took over to complete the job. This of course is not your fault directly but I would suggest that maybe you sent a representative there to see the poor conditions and working practices of this particular company.”

“Great prices,and convenient fitting centre,not sure why I had to virtually talk to someone on the app before I could purchase the tyres would rather just select and buy but overall great stuff and passed the site over to some of my mates.”

“Overall service was very good seems to be a communication issue with the fitting centre I arranged a time slot for 10.30 but when I arrived the centre said they had no details of the booking for this time so I had to leave the car with them for 3 hours till they could fit me in this area could be improved apart from that everything was good.”

“Cheap tyres but system to book fitting is not good. Bought quality tyres at a good price and booked a 9.00-10.00 am slot to have tyres fitted but received a telephone call from Tyre Savings the next morning to say that:- 1) they did not know if the tyres would be delivered in time so I was left to call the garage directly to find out, and 2) the garage I had selected did not make appointments anyway so I had to just turn up and take pot luck. I would use Tyre Savings again if their tyres continue to be cheap, but the booking system has not been thought through.”

“Good price and an excellent fitting service from Hickleys Taunton. The only hiccup was that whilst Hickleys had received the tyre for fitting they didn't seem to have my customer details so it took a few moments to connect my purchase with the tyre they had received.”

“Great price and good choice if tyres. The Garage had my tyres but they didn’t have my booking on their system however I was dealt with straight away so very pleased”
