This was the first time at Northampton tyres, I rang and given a price, and decided to book in for 2 new tyres. Everyone was pleasant and tyres fitted and aligned. After leaving NT to go shopping looked at the tyres and realised the wrong tyres had been fitted. Rang TN and they apologised and said they would get new tyres ordered and call when they arrived. I had too change our plans and children had to be looked after by someone else for the next day. Did not get a call, so called in after lunch to be told they had just arrived and to pop straight up and they would fit correct tyres straight away. We drove up to tyre fitting bay and booked car in, and waited. After waiting for a considerable time, realised the car had been moved into the street, so asked when the car would be ready and told them of the appointment we needed to get too. Told it would be done asap. Time went on and we had to cancel our appointment, or we would have had to leave and come back again the next day which was not an option. Very frustrated by this as it completely messed up our plans for us and the children and has left us unsure about using NT again. We did receive an apology, but suggest communication between engineers and front of house could be improved. Also to think about advising customer about potential wait when calling to bring customers in. Lastly a quick check to ensure tyres ordered are correct at time of receipt, this would have saved us and yourselves time and money. Due to problems cannot give 5 stars
