“Very fast and efficient, next day delivery. Drill bit was damaged in transit but was replaced straight away, without quibble, next day delivery. Would definitely use again.”

“I ordered 2 sample tints and they arrived the next day. They were sold out of a brown one that I had wanted to order. Have not yet decided whether or not to use either of these products but they are contenders.”

“Some initial problems when I placed the order as they were having trouble with World pay,who deal with their debit/credit transactions, so as I was concerned as to whether it had gone through via the internet,I rang their helpline,where I found it had not,but met with a very helpful young man who sorted it out. Goods arrived the following day,so very quick. Yet to use the product,but based on the service,sure it will live up to expectations.”

“It was easy to order 2 x Thor resin online and it arrived the next working day. The resin itself has to be extruded with the gun upside down, in order to see the contents, as the label effectively blocks visibility.”

“Thanks very much for the delivery. everything has arrived as expected. I now have a nice project for the weekend (weather dependant). (If its sunny I ain't going to be tanking my Cellar). “In my opinion these are the best designed wall ties on the market. They are strong durable and easy to fit. The standard wall ties I've seen and used just don't come close. Delivery was fast so no waiting and hoping they turn up.”

“I used twistfix to repair a thin crack in my plaster which had been filled with various forms of filler but the crack re-appeared after about a year. I then decided to brace the crack which never seemed to get any bigger by cutting the plaster, using twistfix to tie the remaining plaster and it seems to have worked ok.”
