“I needed something to strengthen and stabilise two bay window pillars. I came across Twistfix. It had the video of how to workout what you need and how to fit the wall ties. There are cheaper alternatives, however if you buy cheap you buy twice. Our Victorian house is over 100years old so it deserves the best, and the Twistfix supplied wall ties were very easy to fit. Brilliant product highly recommended .”

“Very happy with the speed of service, I received the items within 2 days of ordering. The stainless steel flat roof insulation fixings worked exactly as I hoped, properly securing 120mm Celotex with a top layer of 18mm T&G OSB (for a GRP roof covering) into the roof joists. The thermalite block fixings are a revelation, they really do securely fix timber to thermalite blocks, unlike conventional plug and screws, and are quicker and easier to use as well.”

“still not received this product , not looking forward chasing the order up or trying to get my money back. What a load of bollocks unhappy customer stuart glenn UPDATE - I think I might have been too hasty in my feedback. I spoke to staff at twistfix who were really helpful on the phone. I received my order soon after my initial post. I am very happy with the product and the after service in terms of technical support. I would like to apologise for my hasty comments. “Ordered replacement wall ties ,as a pack including driver and drill bit , all arrived the next day as promised , quality service and quality product .....except the drill bit that came with the ties , this item is of poor quality , broke well before 50 holes were drilled .! Get some decent drill bits !”
