“I ordered the crack stitching kit and before it reached me, it was discovered that a different reason was responsible for the crack in my brickwork ( no lintel above the window). I needed a different solution so I called the Twistfix office to cancel the order and spoke to a friendly employee who very kindly recalled the product whilst on the delivery van. No fuss or bother just good customer service. I would recommend this company based on my experience.”
