“I placed an order on Sunday the 14th of January for some metal fixings for insulated plasterboard . The fixings arrived on the following Tuesday and in the allotted hour slot that had been texted. All parts arrived safely and no damage, a good quick turnaround.”

“Osmotic power unit was received within 48 hours of placing the order. Upon receipt my electrician discovered the fault lay with a broken earth wire, previously ruled out. The wire was repaired and my own power unit worked. I contacted Twistfix who agreed to the return of the ordered unit to the Hapton address. I took the unit to the address. Service throughout was very good.”

“Brilliant service from twistfix. Items were delivered promptly next day. There was a slight issue with an item being missing but it was very quickly resolved with the missing item despatched quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
