“Excellent service, both on the phone and online. I ordered the wrong window handles and the return was seemless and the new handles I ordered arrived the next day. I couldn't praise them highly enough.”

“This was my second purchase of a cat flap from Truly PVC and I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing a cat flap. Don’t even consider buying one from a pet store as we’d have paid an awful lot more if we had bought from a well-known national pet store. Really fast turnaround between ordering and delivery. I have also bought other items (non-pet) from Truly PVC and their service has always been outstanding.”

“Having ordered the set of samples of different profiles of seal, I was able to test out a portion of the one that looked right in the door. I then tested that the door would close. I then ordered the length needed which arrived very promptly. I will keep the samples for future projects. Many thanks.”
