“Have tried many online drainage suppliers and I have to say that Truly PVC are the best. Great prices, next day delivery - and I mean truly next day delivery and customer service that is amazing. I had an issue with a fitting and it was quickly resolved and replaced on a next day delivery. Don’t look anywhere else. Will only use Truly PVC in future. Thank you”

“I was very impressed with the speed of the despatch. Unfortunately, the wrong item had been sent. I contacted Truly PVC straight away, and received a very prompt, professional, and helpful response. The correct item was subsequently despatched immediately. I was extremely happy with the way in which the despatch error was handled, and I would definitely purchase from you again. All retailers should aspire to this kind of service. Thank you”
