“I SENT A ROSE TO MY SISTER. SHE WAS IN THE HOUSE ALL DAY IN THE FRONT ROOM BUT THE DELIVERY MAN LEFT THE BOX IN THE FRONT PORCH WITHOUT EVEN RINGING THE BELL. INCIDENTALLY, SHE IS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY”

“Very sorry that, even though I paid for next day delivery (it was a Thank You gift) my item was not delivered as it should have been. A refund of the difference in cost of ‘next day’ as opposed to ‘any time’ delivery was an acknowledgement of the problem but not really a recompense.”

“Recipient was please with rose.DPD left parcel on pavement outside her front door and sent me an email/photo saying it left in porch.There is no porch.Luckily she returned home to find parcel.”

“The ordering process was easy, the tree was delivered to my daughter on the requested date (her birthday), I was kept informed about delivery time and it was beautifully packed. It was a quality plant and she is delighted with it. A month on and it is producing plenty of new growth and flowers.”
