“I was surprised to find an Emerald Wedding rose, but it proved to be the ideal present. Delivered exactly when promised, very well wrapped and even a little extra for the birds included. Would definitely use this company again.”

“I recently purchased 2 Magnolia Susan trees as presents for 2 friend's birthdays. Placing the order was simple, the product description was comprehensive, delivery options were excellent. I was able to choose the day for delivery to suit the recipients. Both trees were delivered in perfect condition, early on the dates chosen, and with care. I am very happy with the product and service, would definitely recommend, and will use again.”

“Said on website the lemon tree would come with fruit on, in the box the tree had no fruit on and one lemon in the bottom of the box”

Hi John, thank you for the review of our service. Our Lemon Tree product page specifies that our lemon trees do arrive with fruit on if available. Our Lemon Trees are carefully picked for delivery and we always take any precautions necessary to ensure they arrive in the best condition, sometimes this means picking any overbearing fruits off supporting branches. We can assure you there is plenty of growth to look forward to, an abundance of fruits should grow up to 4 times a year on our trees. “A delay on original delivery date and so we had to change delivery address which didn’t get done the first time but all problems handled very courteously and swiftly. I suppose o should have been offered my delivery charge back if I was to think about it but the recipient was thrilled with it and I stress your staff were fantastic”
