“Anniversary 60 years Diamond Rose arrived well packaged and undamaged. Plenty of new buds and full of fragrance. There was an issue with the delivery that was handled by Kirsten with understanding, great care and sensitivity. The service received from this lady was 100% and outstanding. If she is not the owner of this company then she should be. It would have been 5 stars if it was not for the issue that was really out there control. Thank you Kirsten.”

“Recently made a purchase of the 40th Anniversary Rose Tree which was quick and easy to do on the website. The following email and texts advising of delivery time were excellent. Slightly disappointed that the topmost branches were mostly broken or bent, and hence a few roses were lost, but the recipients were delighted with their gift.”

“Keffer Lime tree arrived well boxed & watered - back to life very quickly once out of the box. Very well trained and so healthy. Much better than the ones we purchased from other supplier in the past! We will enjoy Thai food with lovely aroma for months/years to come - thank you.”

“It was easy to place the order and the delivery was very fast. The recipient were away but the neighbours took the tree in and it was in perfect condition when my friends returned”

“Very easy to order, unfortunately the gift was for my sister who thanked me for the Miniature rose,I was most upset but the company assured me it was a full sized rose so I just forwarded their email to her”

Thank you for your feedback Denise. As our roses are shipped to the recipient we keep them cool and prune them back so they don't bloom early in the summer. This ensures they don't get damaged in transit and will allow your sister to watch it grow and flower fully in just a few weeks!

“The gift was not delivered on the date requested, problem with the courier service. However when I contacted Tree 2 My Door the next day the problem was. dealt with efficiently and the rose bush is of good of good quality”

“The delivery and service was good. The recipient was a little disappointed as I ordered a rose. In the garden centres and my garden the leaves or roses were well and truly out (end of May) she received a 'stick in a pot of earth with very little roots' . Not quite the impact I was hoping for.”

“I called to order a rose for my mother's 80th birthday. The lady on the phone was very helpful and the rose arrived promptly when promised and looked exactly like the picture on the website. It looked like it was a little limp in places but soon perked up when watered thoroughly.”

“This gift was for friends 40th wedding anniversary, they were absolutely delighted with it. However they had no idea who had sent it because the card that was ordered to accompany the rose did not arrive. Therefore only 4 stars instead of 5 as everyone felt very embarrassed.”
