“Impressed by the fast service. Plant had no flowers so not that attractive as a gift, but think that's as I bought in January! My parents were thrilled with it!”

“In theory excellent. I would have liked the option to add a decorative pot and/or fertiliser. I am hoping it was delivered with a care manual though. What I have seen has been fantastic. I will use you again!”

We do also sell a fantastic fertiliser called Rootgrow, so I'm sorry you couldn't find those items when you were placing your order. “I ordered roses without knowing if it was going to be a plant that had to be planted immediately or a presentation plant. It turned out to be the latter and I am pleased to report that the recipient was delighted, particularly in the way it was presented. I did have problems with navigating your website”

Hello Kate, Thanks so much for leaving a four star review! I agree it is unfortunate that this happened. It was probably because the lemons were ripe and ready to drop anyway; unripe lemons are usually pretty difficult to get off the tree. Your lemon tree can fruit and flower up to four times a year, so you should have another crop growing on your tree very soon! Kind regards Tree2mydoor

“It was not immediately obvious what cultivar of vine you were advertising - but Lakemont was what I was seeking. Vine was delivered in good condition and is now looking good. However it was an expensive way to buy one vine - but I particularly wanted a pot grown not bare root and you had the only one I was able to locate. Lets hope it does well in it's South facing sheltered position”
