“Fig Tree arrived in decent packaging.Didn't look much of a gift but its dominant at the minute.Hopefully with some good warm weather and my husbands green fingers it will be a lovely tree.”

“Product looked very good and wrapped very nicely; only seen a photo as purchased as a gift for somebody. Only negative is that I could not have my original delivery date and it was left rather late to inform me of this.”

“I tried to order On-line but found the need to enter a password a barrier ,Perhaps it would help if new customers who are elderly and are not well versed in these matters ( like me !) could be helped to get a password. I 'phoned and he fellow who took my call was most helpful and took the order- with the e-mail acknowledgment there was a password . Much appreciateed.”

“I did not receive a confirmation e-mail so was concerned my order was not placed. E-mailed requesting confirmation which I received back quickly. The rose by this time had already been delivered. I was pleased with everything. Elaine Hills”

“Arrived wrapped up well, pretty wrapping as gift for mothers days Hard to say anything about the rose bush as it's not got any flowers etc... Will have to update in a few months on that.”

“Purchased for a Golden Wedding Anniversary , as it is February we didn't expect it to be in full flourish so please remember when purchasing in the winter months it will not look like the picture on the website. Overall really happy with the rose bush, service and the recipients were pleased. Definately would recommend.”

“Sister delighted with gift, myself delighted with service however, card delivered was not the one selected and I was disappointed with silver anniversary card choice as the one sent is quite bizarre and not to our taste at all.”

“Goods delivered as expected and appreciated by my relative. However, I had difficulty with the Card and Message part of the site and this resulted in the gift being delivered without it so my relative had to ring to find out who it was from.”
