“The tree arrived promptly, but I was concerned that my friend didn't realise the gift came from me, as the card was right at the bottom. Maybe there is a way that the card could be attached to the outside of the box?”

“My first choice of gift was out of stock but a very helpful assistant said she would try and order one for me. Unfortunately she couldn't. My second choice was a completely different choice of tree to the one I first ordered. The assistant emailed me to make sure I would be happy with my second choice as it was a different tree to the one I had said was appropriate to my gift occasion. The assistant was extremely helpful and polite and friendly.”

“A few hiccups but on the whole very good service. Responded promptly to emails. My only criticism is out of your control, but the courier should have left a note to say what they had done with the parcel.”

“Products look fine exactly what I ordered arrived as arranged . Delivery guy was helpful . My only thought is it would have been helpful to have been given a narrower delivery time slot but essentially all good. Thank you”

“The tree itself looks good, and the sales process was easy. Apparently the deliver driver could have been a bit more delicate with the tree when he brought it to the door though, hence the 4/5”

“Very helpful and polite on ordering only one problem there was no instructions on planting and care of my plum and apple tree, I was given the apple tree as a present so will not show on my order. Delivery was good. I will order other patio trees in the future hopefully with some instruction information for planting. Regards Sandrea.”

“The Rose bush arrived as arranged. Wrapping was nice. The only thing was the message I wrote for the couple receiving it was stuck on the bottom of the package and they didn't find it straight away so they did'nt know who it was from. They found the planting info very good and it looks a lovely healthy plant. Roll on next year for the beautiful roses .”
