“Rose bush delivered on day ordered and looks healthy”

“The website was easy to use, the rose that I ordered for a 50th Wedding anniversary looks healthy, obviously because of the time of year it's cut right back so I can't really comment on the foliage/flowers. The plant arrived promptly on the day that I requested. My only complaint was that the anniversary card in the box was damp and crumpled. I had the plant delivered to myself so I could wrap it, so fortunately I got to the card first I would have been really disappointed if the recipient had received it in it's crumpled condition.”

“Very helpful staff. Rose delivered on the day we requested. Courtier forgot to put card through the door when delivering and left with a neighbour but followed it up with a phone call to check all well. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.”

“Tree arrived in good condition ready to plant. Roots were moist so obviously had not been in the postal system too long. Box was battered which was concerning to the the condition of the tree, but all was fine. Will use again.”

“My Fig tree was a 60th Birthday gift for me and it was a lovely one. It was delivered very well packaged in a sturdy 6ft long Box, the pot it was in was covered with a plastic bag, so minimising soil loss, and the Birthday card and care details were carefully covered in plastic and attached to the inside of the box. Once unwrapped and placed outside for a period of 24hrs and given water it bounced back from it's travelling and is now thriving.”

“Tree arrived in good condition and had been well watered. The couriers had dropped the package because the pot is split thus more info for the couriers to 'handle with care' may help avoid that in future. A split pot is no problem as it will be planted in the ground shortly”

“I had been given a One4all voucher which I wanted to use on this site, I couldn't do this online as I needed to pay the rest of the cost over another card so had to phone up. Very helpful staff over the phone. Delivery speed was impressive with the tree arriving the next day. Unfortunately one branch had been broken in transit. When I emailed about it I was given the option for a refund on the delivery or a replacement sent straight out and a courier arranged to pick up the damaged tree, I thought the speed and options for resolution were both good and what I would have wanted. Would use the site again”

“Recipients were delighted! Rose was nicely packaged and arrived on time apparently! I have not seen it yet, but at least they were pleased with it. I would definitely use this Company again....Much better to send something LIVING, rather than a bunch of flowers that one then watches die!”
