“The tree was sent as a gift. It is lovely and healthy. Unfortunately it didn't arrive with care instructions, so I needed to print these off from the Web page. It's no big deal, but when you have parents who aren't familiar with the Web and thought the tree may not be suitable for their garden, it spoilt it a bit.”

“Could be helpful when gift wrapping to not do so tight so it can be watered if not being given straight away thanks Also an envelope with the card would have been helpful as I didn't have one the right size in the house -especially as it cost £2.50 too.”
