“I ordered a rose bush for my friend getting married, she was very pleased with it. It was easy to purchase online but I was upset the postage was so expensive it cost £8 because I needed it that same week”

“Although I didn’t actually see the rose bush I know that the recipients were very pleased with it. For me it was an excellent way of expressing sympathy for the family and I appreciated it being gift wrapped.”

“I swithered between a 3 and a 4 but decided my first experience wasn't the blame of Tree2mydoor - it was the courier. I sent a rose to a friend who's mother had passed. I needed it to arrive without having to phone them and say ... did you get it yet when the DPD driver either couldn't be bothered or ... well - it took 3 attempts and 3 days to get it delivered. Giving Tree2mydoor the benefit of choosing a rubbish courier I sent another rose to another friend who's Mum had passed. Whilst I accept I chose standard delivery, I was anxious it hadn't been dispatched. I assumed that the service was cheaper because it took longer to get delivered. It still went next day but just 3 days after the order. I just confused me. So I'm putting it down to user error on my side for not understanding that 3-5 day delivery meant it wasn't dispatched for 3-5 days. Anyway - both were delighted with the rose so all good. Why 4 and not 5, becuase I had to chase on both occasions as to where my order was, rather than getting an email telling me.”
