I ordered an anniversary rose a week in advance with a specified delivery date. The order failed to be delivered and when I queried it I was eventually told that the courier had failed to scan it and it was deemed lost. A replacement was sent the next day but by the time it arrived it was 3 days after the anniversary. The only compensation I was offered was a refund of £5.10 which is the difference I paid for a Saturday delivery down to the standard delivery service. Not very impressed.

The willow wand tree I ordered for friends who were getting married arrived in great condition, on the date requested. The couple who were getting married very much appreciated the symbolism of the plaited willow stems as they combine both of their families into a blended family. We are all looking forward to the new growth of the willow tree branches as the new family grows together with love and goes from strength to strength. Thank you very much for helping me give a gift to this couple they found deeply meaningful, and which I hope will grow for many years as the family too develops together.

Having used this company several times before I was confident of the quality of the product and service. Easter present arrived a week later than expected because the delivery number stated 25 instead of 52!

Easy to order, excellent updates & delivered on the day we wanted. It was a 60th birthday present & the recipient was delighted to have a magnolia called Susan in pride of place in her garden. Although tiny now, I look forward to seeing it grow each time we visit.

I asked and paid for delivery on a certain day as my Willow Wand present was a birthday present. Fortunately, I checked the delivery. DPD had yet again lost the consignment (this is the second time this has happened to my orders) Tree2mydoor were excellent in dealing with the situation and did refund the postage to me and arrange another order (there were supplier problems this time) The Willow Wand eventually turned up 4 days later looking very sad. I appreciate that there are delivery driver problems but the service overall needs greatly improving

This was a Ruby wedding gift so I have not seen it but gather it was a bare twigged rose, no leaves, slightly underwhelming compared to the picture on your website. Pot was not included but purchased separately by recipient

Hi Jacqueline, thank you for the review of our service. All of our roses should arrive with little to no foliage from October to April, with growth arriving in weeks and colour towards the latter stages of June. This is detailed on our product page. We do encourage you to get in touch if there is no sign of change in the latter weeks of May, however we do expect this to flourish beautifully.
