The delivery was supposed to be 3 - 5 days but after I hadn’t received it after 6 days I had to get in touch with you to find out where it was. I must admit the answer was quick and I received it the next day.

I paid extra for the specified day service for a delivery to a friend for her 60th birthday. The plant was held in the depot and missed the birthday.

The rose was a birthday gift , but was very small although it did look healthy . I bought a different rose from a nursery which looked far more acceptable as a gift . However on the upside we now have an additional rose in our garden .

Still no care pack !!!. Why was lead shoot cut out of a TREE? Would not have bought such a specimen if viewed at a nursery. Not value for money. I have had 2 Wollemi TREES previously at other homes. FDissapointed.

I ordered a tulip magnolia as a present for my wife's 50th birthday. I paid the extra shipping cost to ensure it would arrive the day. It didn't arrive until the following day, a big disappointment. I contacted tree2mydoor and to their credit they responded almost immediately, were very apologetic and refunded the difference between dated and standard delivery cost, which I thought was the least they could have done. The tree/shrub itself is somewhat smaller than I was expecting (barely the 30cm in height) but that is partly due to its lack of leaves at this time of year. Time will tell how well it fairs when we plant it out.

Unfortunately the delivery driver let you down. Despite instructions he left the rose bush on the front step near a busy main road.

I had trouble placing my order as it would not go through to payment page. I emailed them asking for help. They emailed straight back suggesting I try to order from another devise, which I did and managed to place my order. I placed my order on a Thursday around 1pm and paid extra for EXPRESS DELIVERY as it was a gift for my parents wedding anniversary and wanted it arriving to them on time. The order did not arrive until the following Tuesday. 3 days is NOT express delivery. I emailed asking for refund on extra delivery charge and heard NOTHING back. Interesting how they seemed to email straight back when it was for an order but ignored my email when it was for a refund! Sadly will not be recommending Tree2mydoor to anyone.

Ordered a rose bush plus greetings card as a gift. The recipient said it arrived safely, but rather than in a presentation pot as advertised, it was bare rooted. When I queried this I was told that I would have to provide photographic evidence, or they would not do anything. Whatever happened to trust and ‘the customer is always right’? They offered to send a new pot (not a new plant), which I felt was an insult. Not an organisation I would want to do business with.

I have already emailed without a response so far. This was the second time I used this company. The first occasion went very well and delivery was exactly as requested with constant progress updates. This was because I paid extra for a designated delivery day. On the second occasion I opted for normal delivery between three and five days. Ordered on 9th - delivered on 16th. Even allowing for weekend this was later than expected and there were issues by the delivery company regarding address which was correct plus phone number.

The tree is very small, didn't arrive within 3-5 day slot, but enjoying bringing it to what it should be.

rather a disappointment just to find two twigs with the tiniest of "buds". However, at our local garden centre, for half the price, we found a magnolia with big buds, one already opening up and with more branches so what can I say!

The delivery took a long time and when the tree arrived it was very tired looking. I have no confidence it will survive. Doubt I will use this service again .

The Golden anniversary rose was delivered on time and as planned however what arrived looked very bare and extremely different to how it looked on the picture. I appreciate it will grow but for the receiver, it didn’t look great at all!
