Tree arrived on time, had a bit of damage to it emailed back and forth to show what damage was caused. Also white powder visable on leaves which I was told is residue from watering.
Package box was to small for tree and foliage not wrapped.
Not very impressed with the outcome of emails.
There are cheaper options out there but chose to go with this company as it was a present. I wonder if the service would of been better from an other company.
