“Very easy to order and very quick delivery. Food I bought is really easy to use. Only criticism is the packaging was huge for what the items were. Seemed a bit of a waste.”

“We paid for next day delivery (which did not come until 5 days later although it was Bank Holiday!) and was told that the delivery provider had not picked up the whole order. This was not discovered until after the office had closed. After complaining I received an e-mail informing me that I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 days. This has not materialised 8 days later.”

“The wee apple tree that I bought my husband for our anniversary was really well packaged and in great health when it arrived.
