“Ordering process was simple and communications on progress of order were good. Unfortunately the experience was let down by the failure of their carrier to deliver on the date selected for Nominated Day Delivery. The company itself was, however, quick to respond to the query about this and assure me that delivery would be made the next day.”

“Unfortunately the courier lost the Rose I had bought for my daughter's birthday. When I contacted Customer Service they replied very quickly. A new Rose was dispatched with a promised delivery date. I received a partial refund of the postage as the Rose wasn't delivered on the requested day. Customer Service was very good polite and helpful.”

“The only disappointment was that one of the lemons - sadly the largest- had fallen off in transit- which took the shine off the gift a little bit. I was upset that the gift wasn’t as perfect as I’d hoped fir my friend.”

We are sorry to hear of the disappointment in regards to the lemon falling off the tree, we do want to add some clarity to this situation. In usual circumstances we do ask our suppliers to peel any Lemons off that may not be able to be supported correctly by their branch. It may be the case this has been left on incorrectly, but this should not be detrimental to the long-term health of this tree. The recipient can look forward to lovely glowing fruits for many years to come. “The tree was for a birthday gift and my sister was very happy with it - especially as it had 2 lemons on! It was exceptionally dry when it arrived though and needed a good drink. A few leaves were also very pale. But a nice size and shaped tree.”
