Regarding the specific date delivery charge, this service is a guaranteed day delivery therefore does incur an extra charge on top of our standard 3-5 day service. “I suggest to find another delivery services rather then DPD, delivery of 2 Rose bushes and clearly says on the box several times "this way up" "live plants" and the delivery driver left them in the back garden upside down! Got nowhere when I wanted to speak to DPD, the Rose's bushes look ok I'm just hoping they are as they were a gift for a friend after she lost her Mother. Happy with Tree2mydoor but let down with DPD.”

“My friends were delighted to have received a potted rose plant. I had asked for delivery on 28 Jan, but they received it the week before.. Instructions for caring were enclosed. Thank you very much for a beautiful rose bush, received in great condition.”

“Both my purchases were gifts, and well received. Purchasing online was straightforward, the website was easy to use. The only glitch was in the delivery, where APC said it was going to deliver on a certain day and time, but didn't deliver until the following day. But the delivery text meant I had to get in touch to find out what had happened, which was in the event unnecessary. I received an email from tree2mydoor reassuring me that it was on its way.”

“I bought a Golden Anniversary rose for some friends. The ordering process was easy and I was able to have it sent straight to them. I had updates when it was dispatched and I told them but they also had a text on the day. They said that they had received it and to thank me but I haven’t heard from the condition of the rose and how it was packaged etc so I can’t comment. You will need to ask them.”
