“All arrived as described... the only thing is that the tree was rather squashed in the packaging and lost quite a number of leaves. The shape is still rather squashed but I hope it will recover...”

“Ordering was simple, apart there were only a few delivery days to choose from, it was not clear when I found your site that it took 8 days for delivery. When opened the tree was wilted I'm hoping it recovers as it was a anniversary present for my son and his wife.”

“I had the rose tree sent to my brother so haven't seen anything. However I tried phoning you on MONDAY MORNING to ask if possible to change date of delivery, noone answered the phone. Sent an email, had no acknowledgement or confirmation, and delivery date not changed. Customer service!!!!”

“The acer was presented nicely wrapped in red, as it was for a Ruby wedding anniversary. It looked like a healthy tree, from the recipient’s photo. The tree was delivered in a few days, with email updates informing me of its progress.”
