“This tree was a mothers day gift, the service was efficient and delivered on time well packed and healthy. However the recipient had no idea what tree it was or what the planting and care instructions were? No information was contained in the box ( I had removed the invoice as it was a gift ) That aside I will definitely be using them again for another unusual gift!”

“A delay on original delivery date and so we had to change delivery address which didn’t get done the first time but all problems handled very courteously and swiftly. I suppose o should have been offered my delivery charge back if I was to think about it but the recipient was thrilled with it and I stress your staff were fantastic”

“Tree was a wedding gift. We paid extra to have a specifed day delivery. It wasn't delivered on that day, nor the next day. Fortunately, there was someone at the delivery address to collect the item when it was finally delivered on the morning of the wedding. The tracking option was next to useless. The tree itself was apparently lovey.”
