“It would have been good if arrangements could have been made to get the lorry to the property rather than the builder having to act as intermediary and the customer also having to carry the tiles into the property.”

“The Store and in particular Joe helped to make the purchase of Travertine Tiles easy, however the size and delivery of the order proved to much for the transport company and I had to resort to hiring my own van at additional cost and inconvenience!! Not a good start to tiling Four bathrooms…”

“The product itself is just what we wanted. Custome service pre-sale excellent. The outsourced delivery was disappointing, however - having promised that the pallets would be lifted over the low garden wall, they were delivered on a truck without a lift and were left on the public footpath causing major inconvenience.”
