“pleased to get insurance with my health history but was disappointed it was £60 last year and £200 this year as I have an outstanding hospital appointment.... the only reason I removed 1 star. Otherwise very easy to deal with and reasonably priced compared to some others.”

“Necessary evil!! Thankfully my wife and myself enjoyed a healthy and happy holiday. When a person reaches older age, medical issues naturally arise (you can be certain that it will happen to you!!), and don’t you just pay the penalty for it!! Travel insurance feels like paying to take an extra person you don’t need on holiday with you!!! It is certainly a major issue in determining the affordability of travelling abroad. You asked for an opinion and mine is sincere and honest.”

“Everything fine except when the policy documents were available online they were all there apart from the policy schedule. I emailed straight away to advise this and also request a paper copy which did arrive but I thought I might also have received an online copy which I did not.”
