I found the trainer very informative & professional but in a relaxed way ! I enjoyed the live DVD clips ( real life dramas ) also the first aid booklet is fab to share with family who haven't had hands on experience .

It was very convenient being able to complete the booklet and online test at my leisure. It was helpful only having to attend the centre for one day as a parent it meant I only had to arrange childcare for one day. The trainer was friendly and helpful and engaging, he made it enjoyable as well as informative.

Was very detailed and a relaxed environment and was all supported throughout the course. The group was small but it helped and everyone was made to feel part of the learning. The trainer made me feel at ease and answered any question. The venue was spacious so had enough space to do practical learning.

For me, the Tutor was not very credible. He spent too much time wanting to talk about himself & what ever was being discussed always came back to him. If you actually believe everything he says he has done, he would need to be 200 years old to fit it all in. The venue was fine & the confirmation regarding my assignments was very quick. First time I have actually been on a 3 day course though with no lunch provided.

Thank you for your comments. We do encourage our tutors to share both their life and teaching experiences with their learners, but not to the detriment of the delivery of the course. We will share your comments with the tutor and appreciate your feedback.

The trainer was open and approachable. I think the group was particularly needy and eh did well to meet the demands put upon him.

I had a fantastic experience with Train Aid. I attended the L3 EAT course recently in Exeter, Devon. Our tutor Lesley was clearly very experienced and I felt confident in both her teaching style and her ability to impart the knowledge I needed to achieve my learning. A very enjoyable course!

Enjoyable course, particularly day 3. I do think that the content could have been covered more interactively and over a reduced amount of time. I would have preferred less time going through the PowerPoint slides and more time preparing my presentation.

After having completed my assessor and teaching level 3 courses, and having completed around 2 dozen courses in the last 20 years, I would say train aid are the finest teaching body I have ever encountered.
