“Train Aid provided good information about the course prior to the course starting. The resource pack that we were giving throughout the course was very useful and appropriate to the content and for the assignments afterwards. The tutor was very welcoming and approachable throughout the course.”

“The trainer Phil was very natural and explained things in ways I understood, he was very relaxed and helped to calm my nerves, a lovely relaxing attitude to learning which helped me progress at my own pace without feeling under pressure or embarrassed if I didn't quite understand things first time,”

“I found the trainer very friendly and liked his teaching style. However I was disappointed that 3 areas of the first aid course that was meant to be covered, actually didn't get covered. Amazingly all of us passed the course without even completing it! I had to get in touch with the head office to arrange to go back on another course so that I could do the areas that were missed! I thought considering the subject we were learning about, that this was not acceptable.”

“I was dreading a full day of First Aid training, thinking it'd be boring and that I'd forget what I'd learned soon afterwards. But our trainer Martyn made it an enjoyable and genuinely interesting day - it was really satisfying to realise how much I'd learned and absorbed, and I went away feeling much more empowered around dealing with accidents and emergencies in a childcare setting.”

“It was very convenient being able to complete the booklet and online test at my leisure. It was helpful only having to attend the centre for one day as a parent it meant I only had to arrange childcare for one day. The trainer was friendly and helpful and engaging, he made it enjoyable as well as informative.”
