“After ordering our beautiful oak fireplace beam in December, we came back to Traditional Beams for a new dining table. What a fantastic company to deal with. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish. The team worked with us, for both products, to make sure we got the size and finish that were right for us. There is no hard sell, just a genuine commitment to their own products and services. They made helpful suggestions and it was clear they were as keen for us to get what we wanted as we were. Their pricing structure is clear with no surprises. The finished products are absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks so much!”

“Ordered the beam on the basis it would be delivered before Christmas then when I chased it I was told it wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas and I shouldn’t have been told that. It arrived and is exactly what I ordered, it’s lovely. Product lovely, customer service not great.”

“My beam is absolutely perfect, so happy with it, it's been up a year now and no problems at all. I got it in the light oak. Wanting some floating shelves for the kitchen next. Quality of the product and customer service is brilliant.”

“The Beam itself was great, as advertised and fittings all good but delivery was very disappointing. The third party company clearly had no interest in it by dumping it outside the house in the rain in full view of the road with an automated email received saying it had been left with "Bishop" - there is no one anywhere near us with that surname.”
