“Ordered two floating oak shelves which look absolutely amazing! Unfortunately one arrived with the incorrect fixings but this was resolved immediately and replacement parts were dispatched with next day delivery. Fantastic customer service.”

“Really pleased with our new mantelpiece. It looks perfect in our dining room. I managed to break one of the fixings on installation but Traditional Beams sent a replacement immediately. Really good service.”

“Absolutely gorgeous, quality stained pine floating shelves, complete with all the equipment for fitting. We're so happy with how they look on the wall. Only negative was that one of the pre-drilled holes for fitting it into the wall wasn't quite at the same level as the other so was a challenge to get it straight.”

“I’ve been wanting some floating shelves in our downstairs loo since we moved into our house (7 years) but my hubby refused to make them and said I needed to find some that could go up in plasterboard. Lockdown gave me the time to do my research and I found just what I was looking for on traditional beams. We wanted the shelves to fill the alcove so I contacted the customer service team about purchasing a bespoke length, which was easily sorted for us. We got regular updates when our shelves were going into production and when they were ready for despatch and they all arrived within the promised timescales. They were relatively simple to install and they look great. We’re really pleased with them 👍🏼”

“Absolutely beautiful, I can’t stop looking at it. I was little bit nervous about ordering online so when I ordered the grey rustic oak beam I was hoping it wasn’t going to be a block colour. It has a grey hue with the most beautiful colour of the natural wood showing through. Would definitely recommend such a beautifully crafted price of workmanship.”
