“Apologies for the delay in sending a review, I wanted to wait until my partner had installed the beam after the fire place was finished. He has done this and Oh my goodness, what a lovely finish to our fire place. The quality of the beam and the workmanship you have put into it has resulted in a beautifully finished piece of oak. I would highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from your company to watch the short video you have on your website - very impressive and it actually made me a) want to buy from you and b) feel part of the journey of how you produce the final product. Delivery was exactly as you said it would be, I was kept informed and it arrived exactly when you said. 10/10 on all fronts. We are very happy with the finished article and amazing value for money.”

“The beam we received is every bit as good as the website indicated. The fixing bolts had "escaped" from the packaging, but a quick call to a very polite and helpful customer-service agent resolved that. Happy to use them again.”

“The whole package from website ordering to delivery was everything you would want. The fire place oak beam I ordered is of great quality and was straight forward to fit but did need a bit of muscle to slide onto the brackets supplied, but this only gave me more confidence that the beam will not slip away from support rods secured in the wall”

“the quality of the mantel was exactly as on web site, the goods arrived when stated and the teeam were most helpful when i had a question. would definitely use them again if you are looking for that traditional look to make your home cosy this is the company for you”

“I ordered a Deep Beam and was very pleased with what I received. The beam was nicely planed and just right for my contemporary look. I haven't even bothered with sanding it. The beam was nice a dry, but is drying further now above the fireplace, giving nice characterful crack lines that is expected with oak beams. I will definitely order from here again. The delivery was on time with good message notification.”

“Bad service! Beam is nice but the fixings are a joke! not safe to use! especially if you have children! very short screws for wall! our builder refused to attache it as health and safety risk! so now having to shop around for something suitable and safe! Very dissappointed!!!!!”

Hello Kinga, Firstly let me apologise for the inconvenience. I am really disappointed to hear you think our service is bad just due to the fact you didn't think the screws were adequate. We put so much effort into our customer service and aim to offer nothing less than exceptional customer service. We understand your concern about the screws and appreciate they may not look as strong as they actually are. We go with the manufacturers guideline on the brackets for the weight it can hold and we have never had a problem with beams not being secure enough once installed. Their look may be deceiving. We also state that these screw can only be used on masonry walls or where timber uprights can be located, otherwise they will not be suitable. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to supply screws that work with every scenario and in other case it may be that other types of screws will need to be purchased yourself. I hope this clears things up. and if there is anything else we can help with then don't hesitate to get in touch.
