“Received my 4 foot, 6 by 6 medium oak beam for above my new log burner and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Fitted it over the weekend and have now taken it off in order to paint. Can't wait to get it back with the room all painted. Thank you for a brilliant service and providing a high quality product that looks great. Will definitely recommend your company.”

“I purchased a fireplace beam and was very impressed with what I received. Superb quality solid wood available in several different styles and finishes for you to choose from. The delivery was quick and it was easy to install, although the sheer weight of the oak means you will require more than one person for the job, the fact that it is so hefty assures me of the quality. I would highly recommend Traditional Beams to anyone looking to purchase solid wood fireplace beams or shelving.”

“I bought an oak beam through Traditional Beams and it is beautiful! Gorgeous colour and sets off my fireplace perfectly. Easy to order and accurate delivery times. Have also ordered wooden floor samples too and have been very happy with the service I've received. I highly recommend this company.”

“Absolutely brilliant product and amazing customer service. The beam we ordered is exaclty what we wanted and looks great but the support we received when the delivery company lost our order was above and beyond. We had a new order and new beam within days despite Traditional beams being in no way responsible for the parcel going missing. Great company and will buy from again.”

“Never received the sample I paid for. This does not reassure me to purchase an actual beam. certainty will not be purchasing”

Hi Charlotte, your samples were sent on the same day you ordered them 1st class via Royal Mail, sorry to hear you never received them, had you of got in touch with us we would have sent you some more or emailed you over our colour chart. Unfortunately, on occasions, items can get lost in the post it is out of our hands but we would of rectified this issue for you.
