“The beam is beautiful and we are super happy. Their customer service is also amazing. We placed our order and the beam arrived with a slight fault, once I’d contacted them they made a brand new one, apologised and arranged for the new one to be delivered and the faulty one to be taken away at the same time. All done super quickly and without issue so we can not fault them at all.”

“The beam arrived within the timescale given when ordering, really well packaged and exactly as described. After leaving it to acclimatise to the room as instructed it was really easy to put above the fireplace. It really finishes off the room and we couldn’t be happier.”

“This is our second purchase from Traditiona Beams. Our first purchase was a traditional oak beam that sits above our fireplace and we were so happy with the quality that we purchased 4 floating shelves to hold our CD collection. I would highly recommend.”
