“I have to say Trade Paint Direct didn't meet my expectations.To me,the main problem was that TPD target a fast delivery date (3 days).If ,for whatever reason, this does not happen, there is no support communication to keep me updated. Sometimes clients of TPD will want( as I did) a rapid service, Please bear that in mind”

“Asked to leave a review and my item hasn't arrived yet. It was dispatched on Tuesday. It's now Friday. Evri tracking just says "your parcel has been delayed". No clue as to where it is. Evri are perhaps the worst courier that I know of. This is a common issue with them. If you don't want to pick up flak from them, I suggest that you use someone else.”

“This is the second tub I ordered because trade paint direct were unable to get original order delivered to address on order … item delivered to neighbouring building and owner of neighbouring building simply would not let us take the parcel. We should not have to fight to get our parcel delivered to our address So here we are making the same order again”

“The order was processed quickly and the delivery was prompt. The items were as ordered apart from one item. I requested Liberon boiled linseed oil. I received raw linseed oil (different manufacturer) I enquired how to return the unwanted item and was told this was an equivalent replacement. I have copious amounts of raw linseed which takes an age to dry. Boiled linseed is a completely different product. I will be requesting a return.”
