“I placed my order on Thursday 28th May and still to date 8th June 2020 the order hasn’t arrived You are unable to contact their delivery firm XDP so I have chased up with Trade Wetrooms Three times and only Once have they had the courtesy to ring back. The Plumbers Should have started the job today so I am now paying a plumber to sit and wait around until the items arrive and I have no idea when this will be. Yes Trade Wetrooms may be cheap but I would not Recommend”

“Spoke with Dana and she was excellent at her job. Gave a good discount and then received our order next day. One tube of sealant missing off order but they have posted a new one to arrive tomorrow. Would recommend to others”

“Ordering online was straightforward and I also rang and spoke with an operative who was extremely polite and informative. The delivery came within two days of ordering, which was trackable throughout. Whilst I have yet to install the shower base, I cannot fault the service received. Thank you.”

“Great service! Great website, easy to navigate around and find what I was looking for. Shows you related options so you don't miss anything. Ordered Monday morning, arrived Tuesday morning! Very small hole in tray (smaller than my little finger nail), looks like a knock maybe from transit? but can get over it as doesn't effect strength or integrity in any way.”
