“Nordic Oslo has 15 Years guarantee We’ve still haven’t fit it as yet but looks lot better in traditional style”

“Ordered a towel radiator, arrived within two days. When opened, it was slightly damaged. Communication with the company was very straightforward, I sent a couple of photo’s and a new radiator was sent next working day. Decent product, fair price, excellent customer service.”

“I've had a lot of issues recently with companies failing to deliver to my home, citing "but you live in a remote area!" as an excuse for delay after delay. Trade Radiators, on the other hand, delivered really quickly and at a good price. What a welcome change! I wish more companies were like this lot.”

“Aluminium radiator was bought for the bathroom. Tired of rusting rads where tenants don't open the bathroom window or turn the state of the art Extractor on. Not fitted yet. Info on it good so far. Delivery good, etc.”

“Great product, order process very good. I did send an email regards a technical issue over modern houses have small bore plastic pipes that come out of the wall behind the radiator, how this affects the bracket system of this model radiator. You answered rapidly and passed on to manufacture.”

“Ordered one of the heritage valves and needed a spare part, messaged on what’s app and spoke to Amanda who has been nothing short of amazing - managed to get me some parts being sent out in the post to me.
