“Placed an order for a K2 double panel convector radiator. It arrived safely and all in good order within 4 days. Very friendly and helpful delivery driver. Only comment I will make is that it would be good for you to offer AM or PM delivery slots as It meant i had to arrange to be home for the full day to ensure delivery. The unit arrived just before 2pm”

“Fantastic Customer Service. One of the two designer radiators that were fitted almost 5 years ago showed signs of an underlying rust or primer problem on one of the vertical tubes. After completing their online contact form and then supplying some photos of the issue, a replacement was immediately authorised and received the next working day. I was very impressed by this service!”

“Excellent customer service! I had two designer radiators from Trade Radiators installed just under 5 years ago, but a short while ago I noticed that one of them had some small cracks in the paintwork on one of the heating pipes. The cracks at this stage are only small and covered a length of the pipe just a few inches long but indicate that there is an underlying problem. I used the company's online contact form on Tuesday 9th May to tell them of the issue. They emailed me on the 10th requesting photos. I sent the photos on Thursday 11th at lunch time and by mid afternoon Amanda, the Customer Service Manager, had authorised a replacement which arrived on Monday 15th. Now that is what I call customer care.”
