“Well before delivery, I called and left a message to call me as I wanted to change my order… No call was made, I was unable to change my order. I was also told that the delivery driver would call me an hour before, to let me know when delivery would be made, I wanted to be home to be able to check the item … No call was made, I was not home. The item was left with a neighbour … No note was left at my home telling me where my delivery had been left, neighbour had to contact me. I certainly hope that the item is in perfect condition (not yet opened it), I also hope that all the parts are included. I don’t know who made the delivery or when. The packaging does not appear damaged.”

When arranging delivery, you were called and a specific date was confirmed with you to ensure it would be suitable and that someone would be available to accept the delivery.
