“Trade Radiators promised a price match on their web site and they kept to their word when I phoned them. Delivery was quick and the radiator looks fine. I was just disappointed there wasn't a template to mark the brackets on the wall but, I new that when I bought it.”

“The radiator delivered was not what was ordered in as much as it did not match the description on the web site. Had I known this I could have ordered the cheaper variant perhaps. Delivery was very good. When I rang ti discuss the problem I was promised a call back which I never got. As I had the fitting scheduled there was not the opportunity to resolve tje description difference properly.”

“Could not seem to get order to accept on Internet so rang direct the customer service I recieved was second to none. An email was sent to myself confirming order and expected delivery date.
