i ordered a traditional towel rail which was the same model as a previous order, when it turned up the screws which fit connect it to the wall and floor when stainless not chrome(my original order they were chrome) and the depth off the top bar was 2 inches closer than the original towel rail to the wall leaving less room for towels to hang on.i contacted trade radiators to see if i had received the wrong product and was spoken to by a lady he was not helpful,all i was repeatedly told was if you don't like it return it, not that she was sorry or we can arrange for chrome screws to be sent out or try and source the original product that i had ordered, just to be told again and again go any buy some chrome screws yourself or return the item if you don't want it,eventually she told me that the manufacture had changed, even though it was called the same name it was made by a different factory hence the changes.i ended my call and will not use your company in the future which was is a shame as i was happy with my purchases prior to this

Our sincere apologies Mr Kennedy. Models do get updated/changed slightly from time to time which is something we unfortunately have no control over. This is the case with production of anything and not just radiators. We do understand that this has of course been inconvenient for you and we are genuinely sorry for your trouble.

The radiator itself is lovely no complaints however when told my rad would be with me on the monday I waited in patiently. I called around 4pm to check I was still on for a delivery and was assured it would be with me on that day. When I called about 5pm I was given the courier s number and when I got hold of them they had no record of my delivery booked in with them I called trade radiators back only to then get a voicemail to which I left a message.. The radiator was delivered the next day luckily soneone was home but I had no contact from trade radiators to see if the rad arrived or to apologise for the delay I tweeted too and still no response. Really poor customer service which is disappointing as previously they have been great.

This was a courier system error for which we are truly sorry, the information we gave you was from the couriers themselves so apologies that this had not been up to date.

I ordered a traditional style towel rail radiator online which was delivered in good time. However, after plumbing in, a small leak was apparent on a joint. I rang trade radiators who asked me to send an email with a picture showing the leak. i did this and was then asked to send another picture showing exactly where the leak was. I said I had already done this and asked if they would send a replacement. They agreed and said they would take the old one away when they delivered the new one. I asked if they could give me a window for the delivery day or if the driver could ring in advance. I did not get a response and had to arrange for my son to be in the house. The driver who delivered the new one refused to take the defective radiator away saying he had not been authorised. I had gone to a lot of trouble to re-package the radiator. I also had costs in respect of plumbing and then disconnecting the defective radiator. I didn't receive an apology over the phone or in writing.

Apologies for the inconvenience Mr Stafford. With deliveries and collections is would rarely be the same driver, the delivery would be on one drivers worksheet and the collection on another so they would usually happen at different times which was the case here, sorry if that hadn't been explained to you.

Bought a black aluminium radiator with a powder coat finish. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately it was in poor condition with the powder coating missing and one if the towel rails misshapen. As there was no loose material in the packaging the radiator had obviously been despatched in that condition. I didn't have the time to return it so at my plumbers suggestion tried to colour it in with a black marker - not ideal, or very successful!

Bought a black powder coat finish aluminium radiator from Trade Radiators and it was delivered timeously. The radiator was very well packaged however when the packaging was opened there were a number of obvious marks where the powder coating had come off however there was no powder coating in with the packaging. Therefore the radiator had been in this condition when packaged for delivery. I didn't have the time to return it. Plumber suggested a black marker pen which I used on the radiator but you can see where it's been used. Really disappointed in the condition of the radiator and the towel racks that came with it

on this occasion I had to ring to get item delivered as you appear to have forgotten to despatch from warehouse have bought a lot from you in the past so hope its just a glitch

Sincere apologies for the warehouse error, as you know this wouldn't normally happen so we are really sorry. The entire computer system network has since been massively upgraded meaning this sort of thing can't happen. Sorry again and thank you for your continued support.

I purchased a small radiator from them which arrived quickly and was as described. With it I ordered a remote control unit, which had Italian translation instructions which were nonsense and I cannot get it to work. I contacted the firm to get instructions on how to connect the remote to the unit, but they did not bother to reply. DON'T buy THE REMOTE UNIT unless you are Italian!
