“This was my first time using trade radiators & had a couple of issues with the radiator I bought. But their customer services resolving the issue was second to none, absolutely fantastic it rectifying the issue if very quick time. “The radiator arrived promptly three days after placing my order, excellent service. Followed the comprehensive fitting instructions, fitted the radiator to wall but have yet to connect to central heating system. Many thanks for a good product.”

“What a fantastic service. I originally ordered the wrong item which was sorted out immediately, with no fuss at all. When the radiator arrived it was really well protected and the radiator itself is great. I will absolutely be using Trade Radiators again as I start going through the house updating it.”

“I’ve placed 3 orders with Trade Radiators and they have been excellent. Love the Apollo Monday column radiators & West Delta satin nickel valves! I had a problem with one order due to the delivery company & Trade Radiators were brilliant, sending out a new set of valves the next day. Great customer service!”

“We ordered a large designer radiator and can confirm that delivery was exactly in line with that stated in their website. The delivery company kept us well informed on the delivery with updates on exact time to arrive. Very professional and helpful driver. The radiator has not been fitted yet as it's for our kitchen refit which is currently taking place. The product looks very good quality and we are confident that it will do the job required. “Product looks great. staff were very helpful. would have not ordered the valves had I not called. So maybe need to say this clearly on website. Installed today. so, if it works as good as it looks, I will be ordering the same for my main bathroom”
