“I bought 4 Reina Wave designer radiators and I didn’t check all of them in the 3 days specified in the terms and conditions due the boxes not showing signs of damage and not wanting to fit them straight away. Unfortunately one was damaged :( I contacted Trade Radiators and spoke to Kim who was very understanding and she immediately arranged a replacement radiator which was delivered the next day and also had the damaged one collected. First class customer service by Trade Radiators and I will definitely use them again, but check the radiators this time after delivery.”
