“I Sent a bad review and within minutes I received a phone call from James who spent considerable time going through my issues, calmly and professionally. We agreed that although the time issue was their fault, everything else was outside influenced. I feel so much better now that I know James is on my case and that he will do everything in his power to make the rest of this case go smoothly.”

“Today we had a revisit from Phil Perchard who with both our daughters present helped to understand the complexity and explain the reasons for the decisions made when making our wills. “Originally contacted in September 2022 and first correspondence received on 3rd October 2022. It is now 16th March 2023 and still have not received Lasting Poer of Attorney, Trustee Resolution or Wills for myself and my wife. Two phone calls have resulted in same response - extremely busy and sourced to outside agency. All monies have been paid up front for a very poor service. How much longer have I to wait?”

“Service very slow takes months to process papers,you have to phone to find out what is happening, then you wait for a phone back which never happens. You eventually get a message for more ID nearly 9 months later. So no I don't rate this company very high and wish I had gone with another Company.”

“It is reassuring to know that a company is proving a service, which I believe we should all consider using. That is, to provide documents and legal arrangements, some that we might need and others that we will all one day need; those of later life and after our life. They are legal issues, which are sensible and need to be made now, not when we are not able to do so ourselves. It is not easy to think about old age and death but it is crucially important to do so now, when the needs can be addressed. I am pleased to recommend the services of this very personable organisation.”

“I paid just under 3k for my Will and POA on 6th December 2021. The paperwork came through but full of spelling mistakes. They got sent back, and revised ones arrived. The will documents came later but still spelling mistakes. So May 2022 I sent them back regarding the errors. Nothing happened, my file was probably left in a drawer somewhere. I got in touch in October, nothing happened. Again I got in touch in January 2023. Apparently I didn't sign a document. Well I sent it back and highlighted the fact that my name was wrong. Communication is bad. My file has been sitting on somebody's desk for over 8 months. Not good.”

Dear Mrs P Morris. We are sorry about your experience and sincerely apologise for the typo errors. We have now put everything right for you, a director has visited your home at a weekend and helped you and the family sign off all the documentation correctly and he gathered all the required Identification documents. We have processed the Lasting Power of Attorney documents, paid the registration fees and sent those to the Office of the Public Guardian. The sign of a good company is a company that put things right for their clients if things do not go to plan. In this case we have gone above and beyond to help.
